Walk & Talk, or Mountain Bike Coaching

Coaching just like brainstorming, accessing the creativity inside and around you is not limited to a room full of whiteboards, boardrooms or the research facility. Accessing your intellect, intuition, and generativity can be done through exploration anywhere and anytime. Some of the best ideas came about in bars, coffee shops, atop a mountain after a climb, 6 mile hike, a 20 mile mountain bike ride or just a few miles of walking and discussing.

Humans access their thoughts in multiple ways. The process of walking, for instance, triggers bilateral stimulation. Walking is a conduit for improved connection with oneself and in discussion with another. The motion facilitates better access to your brain, consciousness and thought stimulation. For a bit more in-depth, see Gina’s comments in the Walk and Talk Therapy section of her page. Let’s tap into your greatness!
