Gina Baiamonte
Gina Baiamonte, Founder/Owner received her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, University Park in Humanities and Fine Art. She received additional training at the University of San Antonio, working on her Master’s in Fine Arts - painting, Studio Arts International Florence, Italy, and the University of South Florida in Tampa. She went on to receive her Master’s in Clinical Counseling at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, and practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Trauma Counselor.
Gina has experience working with several counseling centers in Idaho and Texas since 2011 and has an extensive background as a Clinical Counselor in Psychiatric Hospitals, Addiction Centers, and Private Practice. Her past work experience has been a building block for her counseling and coaching expertise with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with an entrepreneurial spirit – owning several companies over the years, including health and wellness, fine art industry: producing and teaching art, a long history of ballet and dance, real estate (licensed in the state of Florida), and energy management – commercial and residential.
Gina is a Certified Trauma Therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, (EMDR).

Bryant Packard
Bryant Packard MS., LMFT-A, Neurofeedback Specialist, EMDR Trained, Leadership Coach, Master’s in Science in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy Associate providing Therapy, Coaching and Neurofeedback, premarital counseling Career Transition Coaching & ADHD/Autism Life Coaching focused on Trauma, PTSD, and Mood Disorders aimed at improving wellbeing and satisfying life.
Bryant spent 25 years as a Technology and Communications Manager in professional roles creating teams, systems, and processes for Fortune 100 Technology and Oil & Gas companies. Bryant worked with creatives, operations, and lead international organizations. Bryant began developing systemic and relational skills while working at the Corporate level in Project Management and Leadership Development programs. 15 years of Personal Leadership development honed authentic practices diverse backgrounds and cultures and continues today.

Marketing Coordinator
Gabriel Walker
Gabriel Walker joined The Center for Authentic Healing in Counseling as an Intake Coordinator in September of 2019. As of September of 2020, Gabriel is happy to assume the role of the company's Marketing Coordinator. Gabriel enjoys being the face of the company, meeting new people, and making sure the company's patients feel safe to be themselves. In his free time, Gabriel sings with local groups in Houston and the surrounding areas, tends to his plants, enjoys a nice glass of wine, and spends time with family and friends.

Office Manager
Julie Roland
Julie Roland is our HR/Office and Intake Manager. Julie has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years and has over 7 years of management and billing experience. She is so excited to share her skills and talent with our practice. She moved to the Houston area from Dallas/Ft. Worth a year ago. In her spare time, she and her wife enjoy festivals, trying new foods, tending to their rose garden, and hiking with their 8-month-old Golden Retriever, Millie.

Avery Quinn-Packard
Avery Quinn-Packard was born in Houston and raised in Austin Texas. Throughout his adult life, he has st50arted multiple for-profit and nonprofit businesses serving diverse audiences. He has helped multiple long-standing businesses and start-ups gain a commanding online presence. Avery has a knack for creativity, bringing designs to life, and drive to create lasting and unique sites with designs ranging from business classics to more abstract and socially nimble. Avery has been the developer for Authentic Healing and Counseling and continues to provide creative and functional insight and the good works of helping others in his community.
