SHERRILL MOHAN

“If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.”
-Joseph Campbell

MS LMFT-Associate, Neurofeedback

Working Through Trauma

Sherrill is a graduate of the Our Lady Of the Lake University Marriage and Family Therapy program in Houston.

Prior to working in mental health, Sherrill has spent over 15 years working in a hospital setting witnessing firsthand the impact of emotional distress on patients and their loved ones. This experience served as a catalyst for her decision to shift her focus towards marriage and family therapy, recognizing the critical role of mental and emotional well-being in fostering lasting and meaningful relationships.

By integrating a strength-based and collaborative approach with respect for clients’ values and experiences, Sherrill empowers individuals, families, and couples to develop effective communication skills, resolve conflicts and foster deeper emotional connections. Sherrill is passionate about learning and understanding the various forms of love, relationships, and connections that we encounter in life. With a postmodern approach, she hopes to be a part of meaningful conversations that provide clients with the opportunity to recognize their own strengths.
