Authentic Healing and Counseling offers an SMS text message communication program for clients and prospective clients who voluntarily opt in. The purpose of this program is to facilitate scheduling, provide appointment-related information, and communicate service updates.

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages for the following purposes:

  • Scheduling updates, rescheduling notifications, and cancellation notices

3.3 How to Opt In

3.4 How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. 3.8 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Information

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party for marketing or any other purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to send the communications described in this section.
